We are immediately seeking a Sauna Master (m/f/d) to join our sauna team in a full- or part-time capacity.
Your responsibilities
- Conduct sauna infusions according to schedule (classic, themed, show infusions).
- Attend to and advise guests in the sauna and wellness area.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety regulations.
- Maintain, inspect, and clean sauna facilities.
- Organize and implement special infusions or sauna event nights.
- Provide first aid and act swiftly in emergencies.
- Monitor relaxation areas to maintain a pleasant atmosphere.
- Coordinate with the spa team and, if necessary, reception.
Your profile
- Completed training in wellness, fitness, sports or equivalent (desired).
- Professional experience in the wellness industry or as a sauna master is an advantage.
- Knowledge of infusion techniques and essential oils.
- First aid skills; lifeguard certification is a plus.
- Friendly and service-oriented demeanor.
- Responsible attitude toward guests and equipment.
- Team player with strong communication skills.
- Neat appearance and polite manners.
- Reliability and resilience, including evenings and weekends.
