Pool Facility Manager (m/f/d)
As a Pool Facility Manager, you will lead the entire team and be responsible for the strategic, economic, and organizational management of our swimming pool. You actively help shape the daily operations and maintain an overview – both in the water and at the desk.
We are currently looking for a Pool Facility Manager (m/f/d) to join our team on a full- or part-time basis.
Your responsibilities
- Your tasks include supervising pool operations, assisting guests, monitoring technical systems and water quality – also as part of shift management.
- You conduct swimming and fitness classes and also take part in cleaning activities.
- With the appropriate qualifications, you may also be assigned as a team leader – acting as the link between pool management and the team.
- You support your colleagues not only organizationally but also by setting a strong example of responsibility, reliability, and teamwork.
- You provide technical and supportive guidance to our trainees.
Your profile
- Completed training as a certified pool operator (or equivalent) with relevant experience or master's qualification.
- Willingness to take on responsibility, especially in the context of shift leadership.
- Team spirit, reliability, and a confident, friendly manner towards guests.
- Enjoy working with people – also during swimming and fitness classes.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, especially when working with colleagues and trainees.
- Willingness to work in shifts, on weekends, and on public holidays.
