As a Certified Pool Operations Manager, you are responsible for the technical, organizational, and safety-related operations of our pool facilities. With your expertise and leadership skills, you ensure smooth day-to-day pool operations.
We are currently looking for Certified Pool Operations Managers (m/f/d) for full- or part-time positions.
Your responsibilities
- You will be responsible for cross-departmental quality and safety control throughout the company.
- You ensure that safety and pool rules are consistently followed.
- With your courteous manner, you are a contact person for guests of all ages.
- You assume operational responsibility for your assigned area.
- You will be deployed across Europe, supporting and deputizing for management when required.
Your profile
- Professional experience in leadership roles.
- Completed training as Certified Pool Operations Manager or equivalent qualification.
- Guest safety is always your top priority.
- You can organize, lead staff, are motivated and eager to learn, work well in a team, and enjoy interacting with guests.
- You have strong conflict resolution skills.
- Knowledge of English/Dutch/French is the icing on the cake that makes you the perfect candidate.
